A SOLUTION DESIGNED FOR THE CURING OF THE MOST DEMANDING APPLICATIONS:

UNDERFILL, GLOB TOP, SMA, DAM & FILL, POTTING, TIM...

The XPC Series curing oven utilizes advanced forced convection technology with reflow-level precision, ensuring uniform heat distribution for consistent, high-quality results. Designed for demanding applications such as underfill, glob top, dam & fill, die attach, SMA, potting, and thermal interface materials (TIM), it provides deep, reliable curing while reducing defects and scrap rates. The XPC Series offers a complete range of modular ovens with 6 to 17 heating zones, available with top-only or top-and-bottom heating, and optional cooling. Engineered for flexibility, it supports a variety of drying and curing processes under air or nitrogen, with customizable temperature profiles. Available in lengths from 3 to 9.2 meters and widths up to 600 mm, the XPC Series can be configured with a belt or pin chain conveyor, making it adaptable to your specific production requirements while optimizing throughput and maintaining consistent process quality.

Options:

  • Adjustable PCB width
  • Adjustable clearance height
  • Dual, triple, or quadruple-lane conveyor
  • Chain and/or belt conveyor
  • Nitrogen option
  • CFX standard

**Some options are not compatible with each other.

Precise Temperature Control for Optimal Curing

Thanks to its forced convection heating system, which can be selectively applied to the top, bottom, or both, the XPC oven range ensures precise control of the thermal profile.

Component Integrity Maintained Even at High Process Temperatures

The XPC ovens’ modular zone configuration allows precise control over the heat-up rate, eliminating the risk of thermal shock, regardless of the required dwell temperatures. This essential feature ensures the longevity of your assemblies.

Modularity for a Customized Process Tailored to Application Requirements

Underfill, glob top, potting, TIM... The XPC oven adapts to your process with a custom-designed configuration, featuring an adjustable number of heating and cooling zones and up to four conveyor lanes. Its flexibility ensures high-quality curing, perfectly aligned with your production requirements.

WHAT IS CONVECTION OR IR DRYING?

Convection or IR Drying is based on changing the state of the matter, else said a product applied as a liquid or a paste is to be solid after Convection or IR Drying.

A wide variety of resins, glues and coatings can be dried with Convection or IR technologies.

Inside the heating tunnel of the drying oven, the convection heaters or IR rays are drying the resins, glues or coatings and a dedicated ventilation system is managing the solvents flow.
