The groundbreaking Select Coat SL-1040 Ultrasonic Cleaning Station, programmable through EasyCoat 6 software, uses cavitation bubbles induced by high-frequency pressure waves to agitate solvent and thoroughly remove material build-up adhering to nozzles and needle tips without brushing. A powerful, non-invasive clean that won't harm your equipment and removes build-up that "static" cleaning methods can't touch. This preventative maintenance approach stops issues before they occur to sustain a smooth, high-yield operation.
You decide when valves are cleaned: before starting idle, at the start of a program, after idle, or periodically. When an applicator tip is inserted into the cleaning station at the designated time, the cleaning cycle starts, and high-frequency pressure waves agitate the solvent to clean the valve.
The Ultrasonic Cleaning Station is integrated with the self-leveling solvent system to maintain the correct solvent level automatically. When the solvent level is low, the system sends a refill notification via the software. A user-defined "grace period" allows the system to continue running until an operator completes the refill.
